The purpose of the Site Safety Inspection is to observe the workplace and identify situations where a potential for injury or loss may occur. The Site Safety Inspection is also completed to ensure that all of the Field Level Hazard Assessment Cards are being complied with, and that all workers are aware of the hazards and their responsibilities regarding the control of these hazards. Dual copy means a record is also kept in the book.
