The Project/Job/Task Hazard Assessment booklet is used to document and communicate the hazards on the work site. This form is built to prioritize the hazards and ensure the controls have been put in place to eliminate the hazards. The Project Hazard Assessment is done before starting a new project and includes analysis of all work or procedures (scope of work) performed during that project, and is to be updated on a regular basis as the site conditions change. Dual copy means a record is also kept in the book.
